Crystal appoints Senior Systems Engineer.PDF

Hiawatha, IA (July 3, 2009) — Crystal Group Inc. announces the appointment of Matt Soukup as Senior Systems Engineer.

As the Senior Systems Engineer, Mr. Soukup will be responsible for converting new, advanced technologies into product designs that comply with system-level requirements and are consistent with established product roadmaps, company strategy, and organizational capabilities. This advanced position provides technical leadership for the electrical and associate engineers on the team, providing mentoring, guidance, and technical reviews as needed to ensure successful completion of assigned projects.

Matt holds a Bachelors’ degree in Electrical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in Rapid City, SD. He also holds a Masters of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa and is currently working on his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. He was previously employed with Rockwell Collins as a Systems Engineer. His hometown is Wagner, South Dakota.
