When you purchase a complete integrated system from Crystal, it leaves our facility with a full, standard 3-year warranty. This warranty covers the chassis, backplane or motherboard, power supply and CPU or SHB card. If you experience a problem with your system, you simply have to call the Crystal Technical Services department and they will take care of the rest.

Crystal also offers extended warranty programs which can be purchased and go into effect the first day after the original warranty period expires. Extended warranties cover the following parts of your Crystal computer:

• All Crystal manufactured products, including chassis, CPU/SHB cards, backplanes, remote management systems, rack brackets, etc.
• Disk drives
• Chassis Fans
• Power supplies

Crystal Group offers a comprehensive protection program for the investment you made when you purchased your Crystal server. Our technical support team is available 24/7/365 to help with any questions or concerns you might have. Should a repair be necessary,  Crystal Group offers 3 increasing levels of extended protection, called shields, extending your warranty by up to 3 additional years. Each shield covers labor and hardware costs as listed below:
