Crystal Group Receives High Scores from the U. S. Air Force

Recent CPARS evaluation yields excellent marks for Crystal Group’s performance on the B-2 Aircraft’s Adaptable Communications Suite

Hiawatha, IA USA, March 22, 2017 – Crystal Group, a leading designer/manufacturer of rugged computer hardware announced that it received highly favorable performance ratings from U. S. Air Force.  The Department of Defense’s routine Contractor Performance Assessment Report System (CPARS) evaluated multiple areas of Crystal Group’s work on the USAF B-2 Stealth Bomber aircraft.

CPARS allows military personnel to rate contracted companies like Crystal Group on several performance criteria including schedule adherence, cost performance, quality control, management responsiveness, professional conduct, and complexity of work.  The assessment is designed to promote superior quality of service and product among contractors.

“Earning such a complimentary evaluation from the Air Force is a great honor,” said Scott Kongable, President of Crystal Group. “This assessment validates that our Air Force program team is working closely with the customer to provide a high value technology solution for the evolving communication needs of the B-2 program.”

Crystal Group provides rugged computers and displays for the B-2’s Adaptable Communications Suite team, helping to ensure that the aircraft’s technology update was on schedule and met current and future communications expectations for a variety of mission profiles.
