Cale joined the Crystal Group team in November 2024 as VP, Advanced Technology. In Cale’s previous roles, he seamlessly led large international technology teams tasked with identifying, exploring and maturing advanced technologies to transition to product development teams, product and system design and development for embedded electronics and systems, engineering process and tools transformation, and product lifecycle management solutions for alignment across enterprises, system modernization, support, and sustainment. He has worked with acquisition and end customers in the commercial and defense industries across the globe.
Cale holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University.
