At Crystal Group, our interns are an integral part of our team. Our interns are tasked with completing real projects that actually matter (and don’t include memorizing your supervisor’s coffee order). Whether they’re redesigning processes to improve efficiency in our manufacturing facility or implementing new technology for our engineering team, we rely on their creative thinking to make Crystal Group a better place.

Don’t just take it from us

Tyler Steffen, Electrical Engineering

During my internship I was able to not only work with a lot of skilled individuals, but also participate in projects that were actually exciting to me, which is rare for an internship.

Tyler Steffen, Electrical Engineering
Taylor Robertson, People & Culture

My favorite part about my internship was gaining knowledge from actively participating in all of the recruitment process, but also that Crystal Group gave us the opportunity to have more than just a ‘job’. We weren’t treated like we were just a group coming in for the summer, but instead were welcomed with open arms which made it a memorable experience.

Jonathan Schmidt, Mechanical Design

The people and culture that Crustal Group’s created is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. I think it must have something to do with the fact that everyone is an owner of the company. It’s like a big family where we have a personal stake in making the company thrive. The best part? We all genuinely want each other to succeed.
