Crystal Group Awards Two Students with Innovation Scholarships

Hiawatha, Iowa, USA – Crystal Group Inc., a trusted manufacturer of rugged commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) custom-developed computers, displays, switches, and storage devices, announced today the two recipients of the Crystal Group Innovation Scholarship.

The Crystal Group Innovation Scholarship is awarded annually to two full-time students pursuing an undergraduate degree within a qualified engineering or business related program. An award of $1,000 each will be put towards their education at the institution in which they are enrolled.

Tiffany Kelly is a senior at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale,  Florida who is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management.  Following graduation Tiffany plans to attend LSU to earn a Master’s degree in  analytics. At Nova Southeastern University Tiffany founded the Business of  Sports Student Association and is a member of their co-ed business fraternity  Alpha Kappa Psi. Tiffany’s goal is to work for an NBA franchise in their  analytics department.

Trevor Kirsch is a senior at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Upon  receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering he plans to  pursue a Master’s degree with a focus on transportation engineering. Trevor is  the president of the Wayne State University’s Chapter of the Chi Epsilon  engineering fraternity. Once finished with his academic pursuits, Trevor would  like to work as a transportation engineer.
