Hollie Trenary is Vice President, People and Culture. In this role, Hollie provides executive-level leadership and guidance to ensure Crystal Group has top talent in the right seats and that our people have an environment where they thrive. Hollie is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals that support a unique and attractive company culture.
Hollie joined Crystal Group in January of 2023. Previously she has served in HR roles at several large companies including Rockwell Collins, Pearson Education, and Nordstrom. At Rockwell Collins, Hollie served on the executive leadership team where she was responsible for annual and strategic planning as well as process development for the global HR functions. Hollie is a PMP certified project manager with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Athens State University, and a master’s degree in information systems from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
